Live In Housekeeper
Family searching for live-in, traveling housekeeper
Job Overview
We are looking for a happy, nice, positive, and multilingual (French, Creole, Spanish, ideally) live-in housekeeper, with light childcare duties, willing to travel with our family.
We are a multilingual family excited to welcome someone into our family’s team.
This job’s pay offering is $18-25 per hour, depending on meeting qualifications and experience, with overtime offered in accordance with legal requirements. Payments are made twice per month. This job does require uniform, provided by the employer.
Responsibilities and Duties
As Live-In Housekeeper, you will be responsible for duties including:
- Maintaining homes where family stays in organized fashion
- Cleaning homes where family stays
- Vacuuming, moping, dusting, ironing, laundry, waste management, and recycling
- Cooking family meals, in accordance with dietary restrictions
- Executing home care in accordance with schedule
- Performing light childcare responsibilities
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will at minimum have the following qualifications:
- Hard worker, professional worker, and tidy appearance
- 1-3 years of live-in housekeeping experience
- Experience executing against a scheduled household
- Work well unsupervised
- Ability to safely, properly lift at least 40 pounds
- Ability to pass background and reference checks
- No Pets. Service animals are welcome.
